The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of:

for part 1 of the Order - collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality and city of Lwówek Śląski according to the list of properties received from the Contracting Authority;

for part 2 of the Order - operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK in the city of Lwówek Śląski.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality and city of Lwówek Śląski according to the list of properties received from the Contracting Authority, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality and the city of Lwówek Śląski, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, and in accordance with the resolution on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners.

The subject of the agreement is the provision of services consisting in the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK in the city of Lwówek Śląski, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality and the city of Lwówek Śląski, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations and in accordance with the resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners.
