Specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 1-16 and 53-56 HOAI service phase 1-9:

1. Electrical systems / lightning protection and earthing systems,

2. Communication, security and information technology systems,

3. Conveyors.

The services are ordered in stages, first up to service phase 3. Subject to the decision of the council and the provision of the funds, further orders are placed.

Planning services according to § 1-16 and § 53-56 HOAI 2013, technical equipment for the measure:

Reconstruction, new construction and modernization measures to expand the GGS Morsbroicher Strasse to a 3-speed elementary school for joint learning.

Construction of a two-storey class building and a cafeteria building with multipurpose rooms, as well as partial renovation and partial modernization of a teaching and administration building.

The new buildings are planned using passive house components. The aim is to fall below the EnEV.

The construction work must take place during operation. Framework conditions:

Assignment based on the performance profile of HOAI 2013, service phase 1-9,

Investment groups:

1. Electrical systems / lightning protection and earthing systems,

2. Communication, security and information technology systems,

3. Conveyors.

The services are ordered in stages:

Initially, work phases 1-3 are commissioned. Subject to the approval of the political committees (building decision) and the provision of funds, service phase 5-9 will be added.
