Services at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, including the Kurhaus Kolonnaden and the Jagdschloss PlatteAt the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, the security services include the following sub-services:
- Security center and Kurhaus information
- Responsible for the service (V.v.D) (m/f)
- Security and stewardship service
- Cloakroom and host/hostess services
- Kurpark closure
The places of performance for the provision of services are the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, the associated Kurhaus Kolonnaden including the associated outdoor areas such as the car park, bowling green and spa gardens, as well as the Jagdschloss Platte if required.
The services of the closure of the spa park and the services at the security centre and the information centre for the spa house relate to areas that are caused by the "public building". These services are therefore commissioned by TriWiCon and billed to it. A separate contract is concluded for this purpose.
For all other services - especially event-related - Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WICM) is the client. These services are therefore billed with (WICM).
Services at the RheinMain CongressCenterAt the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), the security services include the following sub-services:
- 24-hour security control center
- Operations management
- Security and stewardship service
- Cloakroom and host/hostess services
- Reception and basic security
The performance period for Lot 2 is not expected to start until 01.11.2024.
Services for outdoor eventsThe security services for outdoor events include the following sub-services:
- Einsatzkoordinator
- Security and stewardship service
- Outdoor precinct and locking services and night surveillance
- Provision of safety equipment.
The area and locking services in the outdoor area concern areas that are partly caused by the "public building". These services are therefore commissioned by Tri-WiCon and billed to it. A separate contract is concluded for this purpose.
For all other services - especially event-related - Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WICM) is the client. These services are therefore billed with (WICM).
