Surveillance and Alarm Services to the City of Landskrona and its companies

The assignment includes all services according to the tender specifications regarding the execution of surveillance and alarm services with associated services to the Client. The City does not guarantee call-offs of a certain volume during the contract period. The city calls off based on need. The supplier must deliver the city's real needs.

Last year, the volume was approximately SEK 8.9 million. The bidder may regard this as a guide to the scope. UM (Contracting Authority) does not provide a guarantee for the same extent during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period.

The maximum volume for the framework agreement is SEK 50 million. The agreement is intended to be valid for 4 years. From the time the agreement has run for 24 months, the City of Landskrona may terminate the agreement with six months' notice. When the agreement has expired for 4 years, it expires without prior notice.

When purchases on this agreement have reached the maximum volume, the agreement shall expire as soon as possible and a new procurement will be carried out. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement. The agreement is intended to be valid for 4 years. From the time the agreement has run for 24 months, the City of Landskrona may terminate the agreement with six months' notice. When the agreement has expired for 4 years, it expires without prior notice. The start date of the agreement may be postponed in the event of an appeal and in the event of events that UM could not reasonably have foreseen. The total contract period will remain unchanged.
