Sansia Oy requests an offer for laboratory and pharmaceutical refrigeration equipment to its shareholders involved in the procurement.
The target of the procurement is healthcare refrigeration equipment, including deep ice freezers, ultra-deep ice freezers, medicine refrigerators and freezers, laboratory refrigerators and freezers, blood refrigerators and ice plasma freezers, and other laboratory refrigeration equipment.
The procurement is divided into eleven (11) sub-areas and the Tenderer may submit a tender for one or more areas. The aim of the tender is to select refrigeration equipment of two (2) different product models for each sub-area. If only one (1) product model equipment receives acceptable tenders for a sub-area, two (2) cheapest suppliers will be selected for the subdivision.
Procurements vary by year and product group. Depending on the product group, equipment is purchased from a few pieces to several dozen pieces annually. However, subscribers do not commit to the stated number of euros or units. The acquisition is subject to a framework agreement that is valid for three (3) years + one (1) year option.
The products offered must comply with the unconditional requirements and specifications set out in the tender material. The products offered must be suitable for their intended use.
