The Contracting Authority is the Rotterdam Rijnmond Safety Region (VRR) with its registered office in Rotterdam, represented by M&C, afd. Purchase. The VRR stands for 'strong together' in risk management, incident response and crisis management through a joint deployment of services, organisations, citizens and business, preventing or limiting damage and suffering in the event of incidents.

Description assignment
