Kiinteistö Oy Kajaani's St. Petersburg requests your offer for HVAC hourly work for the contract period 1.4.2023 - 31.3.2025, after which, by the client's decision, the contract can be extended on the original terms for two (2) option years. The procurement is divided into two (2) parts:

1. LVI -tuntityöt

2. IV -tuntityöt

Three (3) service providers will be selected for each part.

Part 1 of the invitation to tender concerns plumbing work, the client can only acquire work in accordance with the agreed policies.

Three (3) service providers are selected for Part 1. If the subscriber receives less than

three (3) acceptable tenders, the subscriber may enter into the contract

with approved bidders.

Part 2 of the invitation to tender concerns IV works, the client can only acquire work in accordance with the agreed guidelines.

For Part 2, three (3) service providers will be selected. If the subscriber receives less than

three (3) acceptable tenders, the subscriber may enter into the contract

with approved bidders.
