The purpose of this contract is to entrust a TCE project management mission (design and monitoring of the adaptation of the storage and the technical premises) within the framework of the Bus2025 program, where RATP is committed to transforming all of its bus fleet in Île-de-France (64% electric and 36% CNG).

As part of this plan, the RATP wants to transform the bus center of Croix-Nivert to accommodate a fleet of 100% electric buses (about 145 buses) for November 2023. To welcome means, in this context, to allow the load , storage (that is, overnight bus parking) and bus maintenance.

The service is divided into two tranches: a Firm Tranche (TF) and a Conditional Tranche (TC). The TF includes the following elements of missions: APS, APD, PC-PD, PRO, synthesis of external stakeholders. The TC includes the following missions: ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, SYN.

The scope of this project includes the missions of the law MOP: APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and SYN and mission of synthesis between the external speakers, in particular with the MOE in charge of the electrical installation of the site . Connections to the Enedis dealer, realization of the HV distribution, supply, deployment and commissioning of the chargers will be supported by another MOE. The following services will be provided by the contractor:

- completion of the civil engineering works and building adaptations made necessary by the aforementioned equipment, installation of equipment and infrastructure related to the protection of the environment (ICPE), fire detection, sprinkling, smoke extraction,

- adaptation of industrial equipment for the maintenance of electric buses,

- optimization of the workshop to increase storage capacity integration of ecodesign principles (LED, insulation, A + materials, ventilation ...).
