TEK18-01 Framework Agreements, consultancy services — ARK — Stage 2

The Contracting Authority has reviewed all qualification applications submitted to the tender competition's Stage 1.

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for parallel Framework Agreements for architectural services.

The aim of the contract is to ensure the Contracting Authority the necessary competence and capacity connected to the planning of the different phases and value chain in building and construction projects, as well as the same type of services for existing building and site constructions.

The professions and services included in the Framework Agreement are in the document “Tender Documentation, Part II, Annex 1, Contract Basis”. Relevant professions will typically be functions such as (but not restricted to):

— ARK,

— LARK,

— IARK,

— PGL,

— PL,

— BL.

Tenderers with experience from harbour projects and with store/logistics projects will be of particular interest.

The Framework Agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for one and one additional year, to a maximum of 8 years (2+1+1+1+1+1+1).
