Oslo University Hospital invites tenderers to a contest for the procurement of a multimode plate reader for the Institute for Surgical Research at Rikshospitalet.

The instrument that will be procured is an advanced multimode plate reader for quantitative analysis of specific molecular/substances for the detection of different light signals from samples in micro plate format (96-1536 wells). The instrument must be able to detect absorbance, luminescence, fluorescence intensity, time-resolved fluorescence (TRF/HTRF) and FRET, and it must be suitable for the detection of different technologies such as HTRF, Alpha-technology, and Lance. The instrument must have lasers/filters/monochromators, and it must have a temperature controlled analysis chamber.
