The purpose of this tender is:

- entering into a (framework) agreement with one (1) contractor for a period of two (2) years, with an option to extend for a maximum period of four (4) times two (2) years (2 + 2 +) 2 + 2 + 2).

The choice whether or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests solely with O2G2 as client.

The intended commencement date of the (Framework) agreement is 1.1.2022 and will legally end on 1.1.2024 unless the client opts for optional extension (s).

Maximum term of the (Framework) agreement, including optional extensions, is ten (10) years.

The intended commencement date can, if the client deems this necessary, be adjusted by one or a few months to a later date, with the end date being adjusted accordingly.

The net contract value for the occupational health and safety services in 2020 was approximately EUR 270,000.00 excluding VAT.

It is currently not clear what investments will be made for health and safety services in the coming years. This is expected to be in line with previous years.
