The project “BTMU 1704 | RKH Mühlacker Modulbau OP and Intensive” is currently at the end of service phase 2 in accordance with HOAI 2013. The preliminary planning has been completed and the individual measures have been approved by the user. Due to a change of planner, further services according to medical technology planning are now to be awarded.
The client, Regional Clinics Holding RKH GmbH, intends to build a modular building for the operating room area, the conversion of the central emergency room as well as the outpatient surgery area and to increase the intensive care unit of the Mühlacker hospital.
The client expects coordinated economic operations in a low-cost building.
