1. The subject of the contract is the supply of red meat and cold cuts from red meat, poultry meat and sausages from poultry meat and animal fats for the 31st Tactical Air Base.
2. A detailed description, applicable documents and quality requirements referred to in Article 246(2) of the PPL Act on the subject of the contract are included in Annexes 7 and 7a – "Description of the subject of the contract" and Annex 4 to the SWZ – "Draft contract" to the SWZ. The scope of the contract is included in Annex 1A to the SWZ - price form.
3. The contracting authority allows submission of partial tenders, the contract consists of 2 tasks:
Task No. 1 - red meat, red meat sausages and animal fats,
Task No. 2 – poultry meat and poultry sausages.
The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of tasks for which the Contractor may submit a bid, but the offers for individual tasks must be complete.

Task No. 1 - three times a week, i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in accordance with ob. quality standards and sys procedures. HACCP (requirements – quality, transport) and in reverse. indicated by Zam. in Annex 7, 7a to the SWZ and Annex 1 to the Agreement, under pain of refusal to accept it at the sole expense and risk of Wyk. for 12 months from the date of signing the UM.

In order to confirm that the offered access meets the specified by Zam. requirements and features, Zam. requires the submission of the following beforehand. dow. measures:

a) Certificate of the HACCP system implemented by companies with accreditation and authorization of the Polish Centre for Accreditation based in Warsaw,
