1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of regular transport services performed as part of local public transport on bus lines operating as part of the public transport system that connects basically the area of the Piaseczno poviat (Góra Kalwaria and Prażmów Communes) with Warsaw, in the number of 889 000 (in words: eight hundred eighty-nine thousand ) +10% / - 10% (plus ten / minus ten) of vehicle kilometers, hereinafter also referred to as "vehicle".

2. The provision of the service will start within 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract, not earlier than from 17/02/2020, while the completion of the subject of the contract will take place on 30/11/2021.

2. The Contractor during the implementation of the subject of the contract will have at least 8 (including 1 reserve in accordance with the requirements described in Annex 1b to the ToR) buses that meet the requirements described in Annex 1a and 1b to the ToR and the requirements described in Chapter VI of the ToR.

3. The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 134 section 6 of the Public Procurement Law in the following cases:

a) During the term of the contract using buses notified by the Contractor in the Bid Form, in the event of the need to increase transport performance above the limit of vehicle kilometers specified in chapter VI of the ToR,

b) During the term of the contract, with the use of an additional number of buses in traffic that meet the minimum requirements set out in the Terms of Reference, in the event of the need to increase transport performance above the limit of vehicle kilometers specified in Chapter VI of the Terms of Reference,

c) After the contract period has expired, using buses notified by the Contractor in the Bid Form, where the maximum value of the new contract resulting from the product of the number of vehicle kilometers and the rate per vehicle kilometer may not exceed 50% percent of the estimated value of the basic order.
