Restoration and restaurateur works on World War I war cemeteries: cemetery no. 79 and no. 80 in Sękowa

The object of the order is restoration and restaurateur works in two cemeteries from the First World War: cemetery number 79 and number 80 in Sękowa. The works include complex maintenance and restaurant and restoration of the necessary elements of the cemeteries with fences, including: maintenance and reconstruction of stone elements, including walls and fence posts with the necessary range of alterations, monument plinths, monuments, tombstones and tombstone stelae, paving; maintenance and reconstruction of concrete elements, including walls and fence posts, covering walls and poles, monuments, tombstones and tombstones, pedestals under crosses and monuments; reconstruction of the wooden central cross; maintenance and reconstruction of metal elements: gravestone crosses (cast iron and forged), cast iron memorative plates; execution and assembly of cast iron memorative plates; accompanying construction work.

Restoration and restaurateur works at cemetery no. 79 in Sękowa

Implementation of works on the basis of the Conservation Permit 102/2020. The scope of work covered by the Car Restoration Programme. Mark Sawicki from November 2015 together with the Annex to the March 2020 programme and design solutions for degraded parts of the fence wall and the Historical and Recreation Documentation of cars. Izabeli Chlost and George Drogomir's 2011 Maintenance of the Fence: The front section of the stone fence wall was recreated on a new foundation in 2020 based on the construction project. Work in the maintenance of the remaining parts of the masonry should be carried out depending on the state of preservation and it should be assumed that in some part should be carried out by a recreation method with the execution of a new foundation. Due to the incorrect restoration in the 1990s, the rear section of the fence should be built again along with the currently demolished northern corner — to recreate a total of approximately 50 m.b. The remaining part of the fence wall has a total of approximately 72 m2 ( approx. 230 m2 of thread area). For the preservation of the stone monument with pow. approx. 120 m2. For the maintenance and restoration of missing: concrete pedestals with crosses types N, U or — should be 8 pcs.; headstones with cross type M; - should be 88 pcs; pedestals with crosses of type A, W or — should be 18 pcs.; stelae with cast iron plates — should be 25 (14 stelas preserved in different condition and 11 for reconstruction). The layout of the tombstones should be carried out according to the archival plan, i.e. move crosses and stelae to the right places and set on the poured foundations in the ground. To make outlines of the avenues and paths with concrete stone slabs (as per photo 2 in the historical and recreation documentation) — approximately 615 m.b. To be executed and assembled in exchange for an existing plaque metal plaque of gray marble with dimensions adapted to the cavity with inscription (85 letters) with the contents:

Shade of stone, type of letters, their size and arrangement of verses to be agreed with the Ordering Party. To recreate the wooden central cross according to the archive design and the design of the cars. Konrad Kochański annexed to the Programme of Conservation Works (should be modeled on the cross set in the cemetery number 66 Małastów or No. 76 of Siara).

Restoration and restaurateur works at cemetery no. 80 in Sękowa

Implementation of the work on the basis of the Conservation Permit No. 116/2016 of April 11, 2016 and the amending decision of January 28, 2019. The scope of work is consistent with the 2014 documentation “Construction project. Renovation of war cemetery no. 80 in Sękowa” by arch. Barbary Michniewicz (architecture), fr. Bartosz ant (construction), elaboration of Marek Fijałkowski, an integral part of which is the Programme of restoration works by MSr Józef Stec and Historical Documentation - reconstituting cars. Izabeli Chlost and George Drogomir from 2010. To carry out construction work: stone wall fence due to the technical condition in large part requires demolition and restoration on the new foundation of a length of approximately 100 m2. It is accepted that the new foundation is pre-laid according to the solution given in construction project, to be clarified after the demolition of the wall is carried out. Perhaps enough the solution proposed for the restoration of part of the wall in cemetery number 79 (in part already successfully realized), which is included in the annex to the restoration programme for cemetery No. 79. placing stele and pedestals under crosses (preserved and reconstituted) in the right places — 177 elements. Work related to the reconstruction of the layout of tombstones and stelae should be carried out on the basis of historical and recreation documentation, since in the construction project the elements to be reconstituted are incorrectly marked. For maintenance: stone fence wall with wall dividing the terraces — approx. 508 m2; stone posts of the entrance, pillars flanking the stairs between the terraces and plinth under the monument cross — approx. 130 m2; concrete covers of walls and pillars with the necessary scope of reconstruction — approx. 200 m2; concrete pergola — pow. approx. 350 m2; monument cross; metal gates — pcs. 2; concrete stelae of type 'a' with the necessary reproduction scope — total 41 (according to the recreation documentation, 22 pcs. — the actual quantity necessary for recreation subject to the assessment of the technical status of existing stelae); concrete stelae of type “b” with the necessary scope for reproduction — a total of 39 (17 pcs should be preserved according to the recreation documentation — the actual quantity necessary for recreation subject to the evaluation of the technical status of the stele existing); concrete plinths under large crosses of type U, N and with the necessary Reconstruction scope — should be 10 pcs; concrete plinths under cross type M and with the necessary scope of reconstruction— should be 87 pcs in total; cast iron plates on stelas type “a” — 19 pcs.; cast iron plates on stelas type “b” - 17 pcs.; cast iron plates on stelas of plinths of officer graves — 5 pcs.; stone paving of alleys with the necessary reconstitution range (broken stone) after the previous unveiling of the pavement preserved from under the ground layer — approximately 497 m2; cast iron crosses type 3 (target to be 4 pcs); cast iron crosses type M - 55 pcs. (target to be 82 pcs); crosses Cast iron type — 2 pcs. (intended to be 5 pcs). - Note: depending on the state of preservation of the crosses, it is possible to make parts of them as new), To be recreated: cast iron plates for stele type “a” of the left. 39,5cm x 60 cm — pcs. 22; cast iron plates for stele type “b” 29,5 cm x 3cm x 3cm x 3cm 9.5 cm— pcs. 23; cast iron plates for pedestals under cross, 15 cm x 24 cm — 14 pcs.; cast iron crosses type M — 27 pcs.; cast iron crosses type U, N and 7 pcs., including 3 U type N and 1 pcs. According to the recreation documentation, the proper levee of the cemetery should be restored and the existing drainage holes should be completed by also making the necessary amount of new ones digging the wall to the upper level of the foundations.
