1. The subject of the contract is Retrofitting of the planning station - expansion of the treatment planning system with specialized software of the verification and management system together with
with the necessary equipment and retrofitting of accelerators (new functionalities enabling the implementation of new treatment techniques and precise monitoring of the irradiation area)
2. The subject of the contract is carried out as part of the long-term programme "National Oncology Strategy", task entitled: Retrofitting of radiotherapy facilities – purchase of radiotherapy planning systems, retrofitting of planning stations (including the purchase of new versions) and retrofitting of accelerators"
1. The subject of the contract is Retrofitting of the planning station - expansion of the treatment planning system with specialized software of the verification and management system together with
with the necessary equipment and retrofitting of accelerators (new functionalities enabling the implementation of new treatment techniques and precise monitoring of the irradiation area)
2. The subject matter of the contract shall include in particular:
1) Retrofitting of the planning station – expansion of the treatment planning system used
o specialized software of the verification and management system with the necessary equipment;
2) Retrofitting accelerators (new functionalities enabling the implementation of new treatment techniques and precise monitoring of the irradiation area);
3) Delivery, installation and configuration of the offered equipment, training of users in the use of the offered equipment.
3. The Contractor shall bear full material and legal responsibility for any damage caused to the Contracting Authority and third parties by its own actions resulting from the performance of this contract.
4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Assortment and Price Form.
5. The parameters of the standard indicated by the Ordering Party present the technical, operational, utility, functional and other features relevant to the subject of the contract, while the indicated brand or trade name specifies the class of the product, not a specific manufacturer. The Contractor may offer equivalent products, provided that they have no worse technical parameters than those described and given in the SWZ.
6. The terms used to indicate trade marks, proper names, patent or origin of the subject-matter of the contract shall be read together with the words 'or equivalent'. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to apply solutions equivalent to those indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. A contractor who refers to the use of equivalent solutions in the offer is obliged to demonstrate that the software licenses and solutions offered by the contractor meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
7. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the order.
8. The rules for the performance of the contract in question are set out in the "Draft Agreement" constituting Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference.
