The hiring by the association Inserta Empleo (Inserta) of the cleaning services of its network of centers.
The cleaning service to be hired will meet the following minimum specifications:
Diary:
- floor cleaning,
- Dusting of furniture and fixtures (tables, cabinets, chairs, telephones, computers, printers, etc.)
- emptying and cleaning of bins,
- Cleaning and disinfection of toilets and sanitary devices and review of tiles in said units.
Monthly:
- crystal Cleaning,
- cleaning of doors and frames,
- cleaning of warehouse areas.
Quarterly:
- thorough cleaning of toilet tiling,
- radiator dust cleaning,
- Dust cleaning of blinds.
Biannual:
- dusting of ceilings, walls and light points,
- thorough cleaning of furniture,
- thorough cleaning of light points and air vents on the outside,
- thorough cleaning of doors and frames.
The successful bidder will provide, free of charge, the tools, materials and consumables necessary for cleaning.
The cleaning of the facilities will take place, in principle, in the afternoon.
The window cleaning service may be carried out tomorrow.
However, Inserta reserves the schedule for cleaning its facilities.
The successful bidder must put environmental principles into practice and work in a manner that is respectful of the environment and complying with the applicable legal requirements as a minimum requirement.
The bidding entities must be able to provide the service throughout the national territory.

There is the possibility of changes in the number of square meters. This will not imply under any circumstances any variation in the price offered per square meter to be cleaned by the successful bidder.
The services will start on 1.1.2021.
The amount of 580,000 EUR includes the initial twelve months of the contract plus the other twelve months of possibility of extension, this is a maximum amount, since the award will be made based on the prices per square meter of office and warehouse.
