The subject of the Contract are construction works consisting in the execution of stage III of the construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on Journal of Laws No. 618/27 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including:

• Execution of a complete façade of the school building and gymnasium;

• Execution of lighting mounted to the external façade of the school building;

• Making a gravel band around the building;

• Execution of partition walls in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

• Execution of flush-mounted and underfloor electrical and sanitary installations in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

• Execution of the floor with water, moisture and thermal insulation in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

• Execution of plasters in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

• Execution of plasters in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

2. The area of the designed Primary School is located in the north-eastern part of Mysłakowice, on Sułkowskiego Street, on the plot with the registration number: 618/27, as well as on parts of the land plots no.: 618/22, 618/28, 821 within 0009 Mysłakowice, in the area bordering:

- on the north side with access road Sułkowskiego Street (item no. 613) and agricultural areas;

- from the eastern side with the PKP area- the single-track railway line (as dated no. 460/2) and the voivodeship road Jeleniogórska Street (jeleniogórska Street) (jd no. 617/1)

- on the south side with the area of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre (Dos. 618/22) and Wojska Polskiego Street (item no. 821);

- west side with park area (former palace park) — Dos. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential development.

Currently, the first and second stage of construction works is being carried out, consisting in the execution of part of the underground infrastructure of the area and the raw state of the closed school building, hardening of playgrounds with equipment, finishing with internal installations of the sports block, lightning protection installation, external sun blinds.

1. The subject of the contract shall include in detail:

Land use (roads, architecture):

a) making a gravel band around the building;

Sanitary installations — landscaping

Electrical installations — landscaping

Architectural and construction industry — building

b) execution of partition walls in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

c) execution of the floor with water, moisture and thermal insulation in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17 (without finishing layers such as tiles, carpeting)

d) execution of plasters in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17;

e) execution of the external façade of the entire school building:

- execution of complete insulation of the external façade;

- making a complete finishing of the façade on the grate (it is allowed to reduce the number of decorative accent façade slats by 20%;

- making a complete finishing of the façade with cladding / plaster, including the soffit of the eaves;

- execution of grilles masking intakes and launchers;

- execution of external window sills;

Sanitary installations — building

f) execution of flush-mounted and underfloor sanitary installations in parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17; heating installation with distributors in boxes, water and sewage system,

Electrical Installations — Building

g) removing wires for CCTV cameras on the façade of the entire building, leaving a supply of wire inside the building;

h) execution of lighting installation with luminaires on the façade of the building

i) execution of flush-mounted and underfloor electrical and teletechnical installations of parts 3 and 4 of the school - axes C04-C17; electrical and teletechnical installation without accessories with cable troughs;
