NHS England wishes to commission providers of Healthcare Services, covering the following services:
– Healthcare – including GP services, Ophthalmic services and Pharmacy services;
– Substance misuse;
– Integrated mental health/ CAMHS (primary and secondary); and
– Social care services.
Further information regarding the services required in each establishment are detailed in Annex B.
