The Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences intends to award the building cleaning for its properties to expert and efficient companies by tendering in an open procedure in 4 lots for the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027 with the option of extension.

Maintenance and basic cleaning work at the St. Augustin site with an annual cleaning area in maintenance cleaning of approx. 4,799,000 m2 and an annual basic cleaning area of approx. 29,460 m2.

Maintenance and basic cleaning work at the Rheinbach site with an annual cleaning area in maintenance cleaning of approx. 3,266,620 m2 and an annual basic cleaning area of approx. 21,530 m2.

Glass and frame cleaning at the St. Augustin site with an annual cleaning area of approx. 34,070 m2.

Glass and frame cleaning at the Rheinbach site with an annual cleaning area of approx. 18,700 m2.
