Sewage, water, gas systems
The Department of Real Estate Management for New Construction of the City of Erkrath and the Office 23 for Building and Civil Engineering of the District of Mettmann are jointly planning the construction of two new schools in the Hochdahl district, along with additional buildings and the associated outdoor areas for school and neighborhood needs. The construction project consists of a three-stream primary school (two buildings GS 1, GS 2), a community centre (GH), a special school (two buildings FZ 1 and FZ 2), a double sports hall (SH) as well as the associated schoolyards, parking spaces and an outdoor area (campus path) that will be available to the public.
This tender "Gas, Water, Sewage (Sanitation)" refers to the buildings GS 1, GS2, GH and SH. A kitchen is planned in the community house (GH). In addition, teaching kitchens / cooking workshops are planned in the buildings.
All drainage objects below the backwater level are secured against backwater by means of lifting systems (2 pcs.). All underground pipes are made with PP-MD pipelines (polypropylene with mineral additives). The sewage pipes in the building are to be constructed as cast-iron drainage pipes (SML), and PP pipes (HT drainage pipes) are to be manufactured within the pre-wall installations. Sewage pipes for greasy wastewater, especially in the kitchen area, are planned as coated, cast-iron drainage pipes (KML). For the kitchen, an external grease separator (NG 4/NS 4) including the necessary sampling shaft and a pumping station is provided.
The rainwater drainage of the entire campus area will be diverted into the Mahnerter Bach via new sewage pipes. For this purpose, the connection to a sand trap has already been established in a preliminary measure. The existing shaft structure still needs to be supplemented by further superstructures.
Buildings GS 1, GS2 and GH are supplied by a common drinking water connection. The double sports hall (SH) will have its own drinking water connection. Water softening plants for drinking water treatment are planned.
As a rule, water heating will be decentralised by means of electric instantaneous water heaters. The only exception is the double sports hall (SH), which draws its hot water from a fresh water station. The sanitary facilities are part of the tender.
The present tender also includes all necessary fastening and assembly structures as well as fire protection bushings, insulation and insulation.
Maintenance is mandated "optionally". However, the item "maintenance" must be offered and is included in the total offer price for the evaluation.
