The tender is divided into two (2) lots:

Lot 1)The provision of commercial heating servicing, repair, maintenance for the associations sheltered scheme of communal housing stock with the Bracknell and surrounding area. Bracknell Forest Homes currently has ownership and management of ten (10) commercial schemes predominantly commercial gas boilers with associated distribution and control systems.

Lot 2) Installation of domestic heating system program envisaged of approx 150 domestic installation each year.

Commercial Heating Servicing, Repair and Maintenance for sheltered communal schemes.

Installation of domestic boilers and associated heating system requirements such as controls and radiators.
