1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in: - collection of municipal waste, from the area of the Trzebiatów Municipality, from the owners of inhabited, mixed real estate and real estate on which summer houses are located, - transport of municipal waste collected from the area of the Trzebiatów Commune. 2. General characteristics of the Trzebiatów Commune: a) the area of the commune is 225 km2; b) the number of inhabitants according to the reports is: 14 930 (as at 31.08.2022); c) the number of persons on the basis of data from declarations submitted by property owners on the amount of the fee for waste management is 12 338 (as at 31.08.2022); d) number of properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational purposes: 75 (as at 31.08.2022) e) number of addresses of mixed properties: 252 (as at 13.09.2022). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 7.1, Appendix No. 7.2 and Appendix No. 7.3 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is: a) collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live in the municipality of Trzebiatów, divided into the following fractions:  unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,  glass,  paper,  plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (collected in one bag or container),  bio-waste; (b) collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of the property in the inhabited part and in the uninhabited part, where municipal waste is generated in the trzebiatów commune, divided into the following fractions:  non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,  glass,  paper,  plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (collected in one bag or container),  bio-waste; c) collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational purposes in the municipality of Trzebiatów, divided into the following fractions:  unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,  glass,  paper,  plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (collected in one bag or container),  bio-waste; d) collection and transport of municipal waste as part of a travelling collection: waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, tires, which will be exhibited by property owners residing in front of the property or at garbage pergolas twice a year, in accordance with an agreed schedule. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 7.1 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the transport of municipal waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Strumykowa Street, 72-320 Trzebiatów) to the Waste Handling Station in Mokrawica and the Regional Municipal Waste Management Plant in Słajsin (applies to construction waste) divided into the following fractions: -glass, -paper, - plastics, metals, multi-material packaging (collected in one container), -bio-waste, - bulky waste, - used electrical and electronic equipment, - construction waste, - used tires. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 7.2 to the SWZ.
