The objective of this framework is to provide technical support services to WRAP and to other organisations with which WRAP is involved, primarily local authorities in England, Northern Ireland and Wales. The technical support provided to local authorities is in support of meeting the policy priorities of the respective nation.

There are three lots under this framework:

Lot 1: Local Authority Technical Support – Waste and Resources Management

Supporting local authorities in modelling and analysing service changes and improvements to waste and recycling services, the commissioning of waste and recycling services, the development of technical guides for the local authority audience and delivering training on these areas.

Supporting local authorities in the implementation and roll-out of service changes and improvements to waste and recycling services.

Lot 3: Local Authority Waste and Recycling Communications

Supporting local authorities in communicating service changes and improvements to waste and recycling services.
