The Council seeks the services if suitably qualified consultants to deliver a Town Centre First Masterplan for Blessington Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will provide a multi-disciplinary consultancy service for the delivery of the Masterplan in accordance with the ‘Town Centre First – A Policy Approach for Irish Towns’ (TCFAPA) as issued by DRCD.
