1. The subject of the contract is "Delivery, assembly and commissioning of computer sets, server with software and screen monitors to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures along with providing a quality guarantee

2. The contracting authority divided the contract into three lots:

Part 1 - Delivery of laptops and docking stations as well as a PC to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce, of which OPZ constitutes Annex 5a to the SWZ. PPU, described in Annex 4a to the SWZ;

part 2 – Delivery of computer monitors to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce, of which OPZ constitutes Annex 5b to the SWZ. PPPU, described in Annex 4b to the SWZ;

part 3 - Delivery of computer hardware and software - cloud server for software and IT technology workstations in the Independent Industry Support Laboratory L11, of which OPZ is attached as Annex 5c to the SWZ. PPU described in Annex No. 4c to the SWZ.

part 1 - Delivery of laptops and docking stations as well as a PC to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce, the Description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex 5a to the SWZ. The draft contractual provisions concerning this part of the contract are described in Annex 4a to the SWZ;

part 2 – Delivery of computer monitors to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures in Kielce, the Description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex 5b to the SWZ. The draft contractual provisions concerning this part of the contract are described in Annex 4b to the SWZ;

part 3 - Delivery of computer hardware and software - cloud server for software and IT technology workstations in the L11 Independent Industry Support Laboratory, the Description of the Subject of the Order of which is attached as Annex 5c to the SWZ. The draft contractual provisions concerning this part of the contract are described in Annex 4c to the SWZ;
