The commissioning parties for the assignment are the following collaborating municipalities and organization: municipalities IJsselstein, Leusden, Scherpenzeel, Vijfheerenlanden, Woudenberg and the joint scheme Work and Income Leakage Stream (hereinafter: WIL). The participating organizations (hereinafter: participants) have mandated Purchasing Bureau Midden-Nederland to act as the lead party for this tender. The assignment concerns the delivery of temporary employees from scale 9.

The purpose of the tender is to select three (3) high-quality contractor (s) per lot in a transparent manner for the supply of temporary staff (from scale 9). The contract is divided into 3 lots.

- Lot 1: internal advisory functions including secretariat from scale 9,

- Lot 2: functions in the social domain,

- Lot 3: functions in the field of space and greenery.

Participants: all participants.

Description: this plot concerns operational management functions in the areas of personnel, purchasing, organization, finance, automation, communication, housing, back office, legal advisory functions and secretariat.

The following functions are excluded for the municipality of Woudenberg: strategic (policy) advisor, director and project manager / program manager.

Participants: all participants.

Description: this plot includes social neighborhood teams, functions in the field of the 3 Ds (WMO / AWBZ, participation and youth), sports, education, culture, recreation, income support and debt counseling.

Participants: all participants with the exception of Work and Income Leakage Current.

Description: this plot includes functions in the areas of RO, construction and home surveillance, enforcement, environment, traffic and transport, green areas, permits, VROM, public order and safety, land matters, execution / field service, boa, economic affairs, nature and environment, civil engineering, sewerage and GIS.
