The subject of the order is the delivery of electricity in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020 to 405 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 4,887.81 MWh, of which:

1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) - 3,009.14 MWh - a detailed PPE list is attached as Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference

2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) - 1,878.67 MWh - a detailed list of PPE constitutes Annex 1b to the Terms of Reference

The above-indicated forecasted energy consumption is indicative and may differ from the actual energy consumed during the contract period. Decreasing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually collected energy according to the rates specified in the concluded Agreement.

2. Quality standards: The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) is provided by the awarding authority in Appendix No. 1a to the Terms of Reference.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract (+/- 10%) 3,009.14 MWh, of which:

Zone I 1 540.58 MWh

Zone II 1 263.70 MWh

Zone III 204.86 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, with the reservation that details regarding delivery times (commencement and completion) for particular collection points are described in Appendix No. 1a to the Terms of Reference column "Delivery period ".

5. Current contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or will be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned date of commencement of delivery (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the ordering parties (recipients).
