Technical assistance to UfM staff in achieving the specific objectives and expected results applying Results Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) methods in its implementation of the programme designed under the cooperation agreement with SIDA.

The present contract aims to ensure the provision of services in order to support the UfM Secretariat applying Results Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) methods in its implementation of the programme designed under the cooperation agreement with SIDA. The specific nature of the UfM Secretariat, its staff categories and fluctuation of people, shall be taken into account and services provided should be tailored accordingly, to deliver value to the UfM, given its unique character and mandate.
