The services are better detailed in the Special Tender Specifications and in the annexes that form an integral part of it.
The contract is divided into 5 lots for a duration of 3 years, except for any extension.
The assignment will take place through an open procedure:
- with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to articles 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 - Code of public contracts (hereinafter: Code) for lots 1, 2, and 3.
- based on the lowest-price criterion pursuant to art. 95 — paragraph 4, letter b), of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 — Code of Public Contracts (hereinafter: Code) for lots 4 and 5.
The estimated maximum value of the contract, excluding any extension, is equal to euro 2,154,000.00 (euro two million fifty-four thousand.00), including any tax and/or tax burden, just determines a contract for the contract with DD no. 3350 of 8/11/2021.
