The planned operation consists of restructuring the nursery school of the Hague-Renaud school group, which was built in the 1970s. This school was extended in 1995. The share of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is estimated at 1,800,000 euros (excl. VAT).

In addition to the need to adapt the space to the evolution of the workforce, the objectives of the project are to make technical improvements to address energy issues, safety, accessibility, and obsolescence of the premises. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is 1,800,000 euros (excl. VAT).

The project management missions will be as follows: DIAG, Basic mission: esq, aps, apd, pro, dce, amt, exe Fluids, visa, det, aor/gpa. The contract includes an OPC mission and participation in PCI days. Two possible additional services are likely to be ordered: Daylight Factor and Dynamic Thermal Simulation
