1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Cekcyn Commune.

2. The order also covers the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 9 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from inhabited real estate located in the Cekcyn Commune, from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Cekcyn, from a pharmacy and public buildings, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).

2. In the municipality there is a "Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection", which accepts municipal waste from the inhabitants of the Cekcyn commune in accordance with the "Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Cekcyn".

The selective waste collection point will provide waste collection services from Monday to Friday and on Saturday. The service of the point is provided by the Ordering Party.

3. The entity receiving mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from sorting municipal waste intended for landfill will be obliged to manage them (collection, transport, recovery or disposal).

4. In the case of selectively collected municipal waste, as part of waste management, it is obliged to transfer it to a recovery and disposal installation, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Section II, Chapter 2 (Hierarchy of waste management methods) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).

5. In the area of multi-family and single-family buildings, a container and bag system of municipal waste collection will be in force:

1) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers with capacities of 110l (120l), 240l, 1100l.

2) separately collected municipal waste will be collected in bags.

6. In single-family and multi-family housing – frequency of disposal by the Contractor of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste:

a) in the period from 1 April to 31 October – at least once every two weeks from multi-unit buildings and at least once a month from single-family residential buildings,

b) in the period from 1 November to 31 March – at least once every two weeks from multi-unit buildings and at least once a month from single-family residential buildings.

7. Selective collection of municipal waste in the building area will be carried out into bags.

The frequency of collection of this waste by the Contractor:

- yellow bag - 1 time per month from residential properties

- green bag - 1 time every two months from residential properties

- blue color bag - 1 time per month from residential properties

- bag brown:

a) in the period from 1 April to 31 October – at least once every two weeks from multi-unit buildings and single-family residential buildings,

(b) from 1 November to 31 March — no less than once a month from multi-scale buildings and from single-family residential buildings.

- black container - 1 time per month from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the period January - April and October - December.
