Winter maintenance work in seven (7) areas of North Tuusula in accordance with separate appendices starting from 1.10.2023.

The contract includes winter maintenance of streets, pedestrian and cycling routes, park corridors and other public areas. The quantitative and qualitative objectives of the contract are presented in the maintenance area tables and maps appended to the invitation to tender and in the contract agreement. The quality level of the contract is based on the publications mentioned in the contract, the content of which the tenderer must carefully study. The service level of the contract must comply with the contract documents from the very beginning of the contract period. The contractor's task is to take care of the work in the contract area in such a way that the quality level of service is realised in accordance with the contract throughout the contract period.

The contract enters into force on the date of signing the contract. The winter season according to the agreement will begin on 1.10.2023.

The agreement is valid from 1.10.2023 to 30.5.2026 and can be extended as an option by the customer's decision until 30.5.2028. The decision on the use of the options will be made by the client no later than 1.6.2026.

The project is implemented according to the plans commissioned by the client as a unit price contract, in which the contractor has a direct contractual relationship with the client.

The impact of any changes in quantities on chore compensation will be reviewed on the basis of the unit prices offered.

Contract negotiations and site management and communication between the contractor and the subscriber take place in the Finnish language. The subscriber requires that the entrepreneur and its employees have sufficient skills in Finnish for the management of things, the management of the site and the security of the site.
