The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of teleprompter systems from the manufacturer CueScript for the studio and production environment and for outdoor studios.

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of teleprompter systems (hardware and software, services) of the manufacturer CueScript for the studio and production environment and for outdoor studios with

a term of 2 years. The amount of the framework agreement corresponds to the forecast need for expenses for the next two years. From the framework contract, the products of CueScript mentioned in the specifications should be able to be retrieved.

There is no obligation to purchase these products. After conclusion of the contract, up to six systems to be replaced will be called up in the first tranche and must be delivered within 4 weeks. In addition, it is planned to develop further

systems within the term of the contract.

Within the 3-year warranty period for the systems, a free 24/7 support via hotline and email must be available. Software updates during this period must be included free of charge.

Up to the maximum target value mentioned, Deutsche Welle has the option of ordering products listed in the specifications at the same conditions within the term. An obligation to purchase cannot be derived from this.

Delivery is made to the Bonn or Berlin locations.
