The order includes the performance of the task - the provision of services in the field of municipal passenger transport for a period of 36 months, on lines specified by the Ordering Party, according to strictly defined time timetables for working days and Saturdays, bus rolling stock, meeting the requirements for urban and suburban transport. Free public transport is required for passengers.

The provision of transport based on the applicable timetable:

- on weekdays (about 1,632.9 km per day);

- Saturdays (about 100.9 km per day);

- no descents to the depot and commute to the starting stop.

Service applies to:

- 3 city lines (1,2,7)

- 14 commuter lines (3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17).
