The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Białaczów Commune in 2023, including PSZOK and indicated collection points by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Białaczów Commune in 2023, including PSZOK and indicated collection points by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract includes, among others:

Department - I. Collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Białaczów Commune, i.e. from the owners of real estate on which residents live, owners of real estate on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes and from owners of real estate on which residents do not live, i.e. schools, buildings of local government offices, village clubs.

Section - II. Conducting in the Białaczów Commune the collection of municipal waste from the places designated by the Ordering Party for their collection indicated in point 4 of this section and their management.

Section - III. Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK") run by the Białaczów Municipality.

Section - IV. A detailed description of the method of performing the service, keeping its documentation, sanitary and technical standards of its performance while maintaining environmental protection.

The estimated amount of waste provided by the Ordering Party for collection and management during the term of the contract is – 930.04 [Mg].

The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the provisions of general and specific law in force during the term of the contract.
