Object and Qualification of the contract: The object of the contract is the provision of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Communications services, to the City Council of Moralzarzal, in the field of Fixed and Mobile Telephony, both within its usual headquarters and outside it, broadband Internet access and data transmission, as well as the maintenance of the infrastructures necessary for the correct provision of the service. The needs are to cover the provision of voice and data services as well as other complementary services for the performance of the functions of the administration, including the necessary lines so that the City Council can offer Electronic Administration services with sufficient quality.
