The offer relates to the purchase of:

- Automatic Burglar Alarm System (AIA),

- Access control systems (ADK),

- Internal TV (ITV), which is synonymous with TV surveillance - TVO, which is used, among other things, by the trade association Forsikring og Pension (hereafter F&P).

The agreement includes the procurement of new plants (Plants) as well as compatible parts / components (Components) for installation, service, repair and maintenance (collectively called Products), as well as the opportunity to procure service inspections, repairs, maintenance and advice to the Contractor according to the offer list and plant overview (collectively called Services).

The supplier must thus be able to service, maintain and repair the new as well as the existing plants.

The interfaces to the client's other agreements are stated in the requirements specification.

The framework agreement covers all entities, institutions, administrations, etc., which are part of the Municipality of Odense. Further information about the municipality's organization can be found on the municipality's website www.odense.dk

For a detailed description of the products on offer, including the minimum requirements the goods must meet, please refer to the offer list and requirements specification, as well as any corrections and answers to questions.

The projected revenue for the framework agreement is DKK 17,000,000 calculated on the basis of previous activity and projected activity changes with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. Thus, the expected turnover is not binding on the Contracting Authority. The same applies to quantities listed in the offer list.
