The contracting authority intends to conclude with one or more economic operators one or more agreements (a maximum agreement/economic operator) aimed at developing a total of 400 public housing units on private land in the Brussels-Capital Region within the framework of the Habitat Alliance. The contracting authority intends to build 400 social housing units with one or more economic operators in the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region. The bidder is expected to propose land that is likely to accommodate the construction of the housing in question and to ensure their design and construction. Each land proposed must allow the construction of a minimum of 4 dwellings whose ownership will return to the SLRB.
