The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of RES power generation units – sets of heat pumps as part of the project "Ecopartners for solar energy of Małopolska".
1. The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of RES power generation units – sets of heat pumps as part of the project "Ecopartners for solar energy of Małopolska". 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Ordering Party: 39 complete sets of heat pumps (basic scope) and 34 sets of DHW storage tanks (basic scope) and 39 sets of central heating buffer tanks (basic scope) in residential and public buildings with accessories, 2) execution in each location, no later than 30 days after signing the contract with the Ordering Party (and in the case of the scope covered by the right of option no later than on the date of submitting the option statement) inventory of buildings from which the Protocols of Assembly Arrangements will be drawn up with the selection of the final heat pump power, DHW tank capacity and central heating buffer and marked in the graphic program with the possibility of scaling, projections of the room / rooms with the location of the buffer, hot water tank and other elements of the PC installation and the course of the central heating installation cables, z.w., DHW from the heat pump to be connected to the existing installation, 3) connection of the hot water heater (heat pump) to the existing DHW installation, hot water circulation and hot water circulation, 4) connection of the central heating buffer using the pump group to the existing central heating installation, 5) assembly of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological diagram, 6) installation of the control system, 7) rinsing and pressure tests of the installation, 8) filling the installation, 9) commissioning the installation, 10) training users as to the principles of proper operation of heat pumps along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transfer to users, 11) supplementing and sealing cavities after the passage of pipes, making cold, hot central heating and electrical water pipes necessary to connect to the designed system. 3. The detailed scope of work (Description of the Subject of the Contract) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Technical documentation of heat pump installation. NOTE: As Annex 11 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority includes questions from the previously cancelled proceedings and answers to them (Reference number: IK.271.3.2023.ZP), which are binding when preparing an offer in these proceedings.
