The subject of this contract is:

1. Maintaining efficiency and ongoing support of installations and systems located in the facility, including: central heating and CT installations, ventilation, air conditioning, chilled water, water and sewage networks and installations, electrical and low voltage installations, Control and Measurement Apparatus, CCTV monitoring, system ticketing and access control.

2. Technical assistance during mass events

3. Ongoing control of the facility's infrastructure in order to obtain and maintain license requirements for security and infrastructure, in accordance with the relevant provisions,

4. Ad hoc repair of the main court turf after games and training sessions.
