The Contracting Authority provides for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the Act. A similar contract may be awarded in free-hand contract mode, having previously negotiated with the Contractor, in particular as regards the terms of the contract, including price, execution date, warranty/warranty period and may cover the following range of industries covered by the contract basic: structural- construction; bridge; road; telecommunications; gas, thermal, ventilation and sanitary networks; railway traffic control; railway engineering; network, electrical and electricity systems; traction, architectural network; provision services in the field of surveying; the provision of services in the field of railway traffic engineering and transport organisation; provision of services in the field of cost estimation; provision of services in the field of railway traffic engineering and transport organisation; the provision of services in the financial and economic field; the provision of environmental services;
Similar contracts referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the PZP may be awarded in the event of: changes in the scope of investments imposed by administrative decisions; changes to the applicable law, internal instructions and the disposal of the Management Board affecting further implementation of the project.
