The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Municipality of Chełm, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Chełm Municipality.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Municipality of Chełm, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Chełm Municipality, in particular:

1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste regardless of the weather conditions from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Chełm commune, including: supplying the property with bags for collecting municipal waste, replacing bags on racks at bus stops and parking lots, collecting and managing waste from mass events and wild landfills.

2) collection, transport and management of bulky waste, biodegradable waste, glass, textiles and construction waste, i.e. polystyrene, mineral wool from the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in Depułtycze Królewskie-Kolonia 86 run by the Chełm Municipality.

2. The amount of municipal waste to be collected from property owners throughout the period covered by the contract is estimated at 6040 Mg (basic scope), and the amount covered by the right of option: additionally 3020 Mg.

3. The scope and method of execution of the object of the contract is defined (Annex No 1 to SWZ) — Detailed description of the object of the contract (SOPZ) and the draft of the contract constituting (Annex No 2 to SWZ).
