The purpose of the tender is to reach an agreement with one service provider commissioned by ROC van Twente to carry out the audit services.

The present audit service contract shall mean the following subcontracts:

1. Assignment to audit the financial statements;

2. Assignment to examine the funding data;

3. commission to issue special audit statements;

4. Natural advisory function related to the above.

The estimated value of the contract — based on the calendar year 2020 turnover — is approximately EUR 120 000 per year. The amount does not include VAT.

Part orders 1 (audit of financial statements) and 2 (commission to examine the funding data) are executed once a year per part. Part Assignment 3 (Assignment to issue special audit statements) is called ad hoc. The nature and extent of such audit (integral/sample) is determined by the current specific regulations. Both the number and size of these (project) activities vary annually.

The natural advisory function, part assignment 4, is a continuous part of the assignment that applies to all sub-assignments. The contractor cannot charge any additional costs for the natural advisory function. The costs associated with the natural advisory function must be included in the rates/tariffs applied.

In view of political, economic, budgetary, administrative or organisational developments within or with consequences for ROC van Twente and the associated contraction or growth of the client, or the changing positions of the client or the targets to be achieved, the nature and scope of the service — not being a material change — may change.
