The aim of the implementation review is to assess the extent to which the various actors (participating health insurance funds, the working group of participating health insurance companies, the online service providers, the election committee of the respective health insurance company, the online election management and members) implement the legal requirements of SGB IV, SGB V, the Online Election Ordinance and the guidelines and standards specified in the Online Election Ordinance in the individual election phases. have. Work package 2 "Surveys"
Work package 2 examines the existing objectives, challenges and expected results of online voting. The focus is on the following overarching main aspects:

- Efficiency (economy)
