The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, nursery and seed production, and tourist management, to be carried out in the Nowogard Forest District in 2024. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3)-(4) of the Public Procurement Law. Pursuant to the above-mentioned provisions, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the bids, and then qualify the Contractor whose bid has been rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
Package I – forestry: Wojcieszyn, Dobra;The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, nursery and seed production, and tourist management to be performed in the Nowogard Forest District in 2024.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of the repetition of services similar to those which are the subject of this contract. A description of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law is included in Chapter 3 of the Terms of Reference. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract. The contracts referred to above will be awarded after a separate public procurement procedure in the single-source procurement procedure. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended. amended).
