The vehicles that will be hired shall cover VAV's need beyond their own capacity. These shall be used, amongst other things, for cleaning the municipality's main sewage network, culverts and manholes, emptying surface water manholes and oil separators, moving matter and flushing areas.

The Technical Stand-By Department (ATB) needs to enter into a framework agreement, preferably with 1 tenderer, for the hire of a super suction/vacuum loader and a suction/flushing vehicle.

The estimated number of hours for hiring the vehicles is approx. 1 600 hours per annum, of which approx. 1 200 hours per annum are expected to be for the super suction/vacuum loader.
