The main task is to coordinate the construction of a new medical center for the Bundeswehr in the field of sustainability. The aim is to achieve a full application with the BNB Silver certification for the building, as well as a corresponding application without certification for the outdoor facilities. In addition to BNB coordinators, DGNB auditors, as well as BREEAM and LEED auditors are also admitted.

The new building comprises three institutes and a laboratory animal stable. These are high-tech special laboratories of security levels S1 to S4.

The usable area is planned with 11,789m2. The total gross floor area (GFA R) is 33,517m2 according to the planning status of June 2022.

The subject of the service is the coordination of the "Evaluation System for Sustainable Building" performance level 1.3 to performance level 5 for buildings and outdoor facilities.
