The contract comprises 83 municipalities before the municipality merger reform and 65 municipalities after the municipality merger reform, as well as 2 Counties before the County merger reform, and 1 County after the County merger reform.

The Söderberg and Partners group, represented by S&P Norwegian Broker AS and S&P Garde AS, will use this procurement for joint procurements on behalf of its municipal customers. The procurement includes customers served by both S&P Norwegian Broker AS and S&P Garde AS.
