The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL in the event of disclosure of waste with codes other than those adopted in the basic order in the heap. The maximum value of orders will not exceed 15% of the value of the basic order. Contracts will be awarded under separate contracts that will be consistent with the contract for the basic contract, in terms of deadlines, payment, method of calculating penalties.

The contracting authority informs that in preparation of the procedure in question, from 2020 it conducted a technical dialogue (currently market consultations) and all information it obtained or provided during it and which may affect the preparation of the offer was included in the contract documentation.
